New Veeam Vault Archive
Recovery-Ready Meets Retention-Ready
Cold, infrequently accessed data doesn't need to live on storage built for performance. Vault Archive ingests large, unstructured NAS backups directly, moving cold data (including redundant, obsolete, and trivial data, or ROT) into a pre-secured, compliant cloud archive at the lowest TCO.
- Lower per-TB cost
Pay far less for data that's retained, but rarely accessed. - Immutable and air-gapped by default
Identical Zero Trust protection across every Vault tier. - One vendor, one workflow
Tier aged backups straight down from Veeam Backup & Replication.
Capabilities
3-2-1-1-0 Simplified & On-Budget
Veeam Vault is purpose-built to receive your Veeam Data Platform backups and Kubernetes stateful data via Veeam Kasten, helping you achieve the 3-2-1-1-0 rule with:
Three editions
Right-sized options: Archive, Foundation, and Advanced. Each match every retention need.
On-demand
Immediately available via cloud marketplaces, your preferred reseller, or the Veeam Online Store.
Fully managed
Removes ongoing maintenance with zero configuration, management, or integration effort.
Durable storage
Synchronous copies deliver up to 12 nines of durability against outage and failure.
Air-gapped
Logically air-gapped from your production data and with secure access control.
Always immutable
Placed in a WORM state so bad actors can't encrypt, delete, or modify your backups.
Encrypted
You alone hold the keys for AES 256-bit encryption, when in flight and at rest.
Predictable pricing
Inclusive of storage, read/write API calls, and egress fees. to eliminate bill shock.
Fast recovery
Overcome data loss events quickly, recovering to on-premises or cloud VMs.
